Originally from the French west coast, I am deeply influenced by maritime landscapes and saline atmospheres. My 20 years in Montreal, Canada, allowed me to juxtapose the richness of a multicultural urban environment with the raw natural spaces of Quebec. Currently based in Innsbruck, Austria, I am absorbing this alpine identity with its reliefs and borders, its transitional spaces.

It is in the material that my work is born. Whether fluid like linen, resilient like clay, taut or slack like a rope, light like a thread, languid like paint, or mineral like a glaze… this material allows me to search for what cannot be manifested in any other way. The performance takes place in nature and in the urban environment, linking sensations with movement. People say it is a language; I imagine it speaks of silence—this silence that seeks to listen.
